I wonder how many people in a day will notice or pay attention to these beautiful lights?

A collection of paintings by Fritz Ascher at Grey gallery, portraying the sun (sunrises and sunsets).
This one in particularly reminded me of golden red sunrise.
I wonder if this is the way of the artist showing that he believes there is hope?
Or perhaps it is the complete opposite?
